Research Technician (2019- present)

B.S., Microbiology, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Adam joined our lab as a technician after two semesters as an undergraduate researcher. Adam assists different aspects of a variety of experimental and computational research projects in the laboratory. Recent projects include studying the polymer composite microbiome, isolation of microorganisms and viruses from Lake Mendota, studying sulfur transformations in isolated microorganisms, and comparative genomics of hydrothermal and deep sea microorganisms.
